What data do you need to run an AI analysis?
Read-only exports from your platform or back office (game rounds, sessions, deposits), reports from your PSPs or acquirers, your tracking or affiliate data, and campaign reports from the ad platforms you use. Data can be anonymised before it reaches us. We never need player identities.
How is game provider performance measured?
Each provider is benchmarked per market against its own 90-day baseline using spin volume, retained sessions and repeat play. We report peak play windows, movers in the weekly provider board and early-decay flags that fire when session length drops before spin volume does.
What does the acquirer and payment analysis cover?
Approval and decline rates, latency and cost per acquirer, PSP, payment method, GEO and BIN range. The output is a scorecard plus routing and cascading recommendations that recover deposits currently being lost.
How do you attribute campaign results?
Every channel, affiliate and creative is measured against first-time depositors (FTD), net gaming revenue (NGR) and cohort player value rather than clicks or registrations alone, so you see which campaigns bring profitable players and which quietly drain budget.
How long does an analysis take?
A first full analysis is typically delivered within two to three weeks of receiving data access. Ongoing reviews run weekly or monthly, depending on the package.
Which markets and game types are covered?
Regulated and grey markets worldwide, across slots, live casino, crash and instant games. Provider benchmarks currently cover more than 40 markets with hourly resolution.
Is the analysis independent of game providers and PSPs?
Yes. BrightMedia takes no placement fees from studios, aggregators or payment providers. Recommendations are based only on your data and market benchmarks.
